The SPCA International’s program Operation Baghdad Pups:Worldwide (OBP) and PAWsitive Channel cooperate to film Sgt. Jacob Fisher's reunion with his dog. Fisher, a soldier was in Afghanistan, arrived his home from 7 months deployment. Fisher waited about 3 months to see Jax again. On April 24, 2015, this reunion took place.

Fisher is a hero who continues to save our lives and liberty. So he also saved one more life when he found Jax, because he the puppy was in the dangerous and harsh streets of Begram, Afghanistan.
